My General Agency was on a 165% first year commission structure. High premium with year one cash value was a bargain to purchase. We were doing joint ventures with a cash value client and a business opportunity. Paying 23% per year on cash invested.)
It has evolved over the years to where it is now. It has both cost me thousands and earned me tens of thousands to get it to where it is today.
It is a good deal for the growing manufacturer because it gives him operating cash when he needs it most, right on the verge of growth. It is good for investors because of the high returns paid for working capital. It has been good for us, because we know how to do it and no one else has discovered the approach to the market place.

One, they can join an Investment Club and learn how the system works while they are accumulating their combined $125,000.
Or, they can become a Founder of a club themselves for $20,000 and build a $125,000 sum from friends and acquaintances. As a club Founder, they earn a 10% override, paid from the company side on the total investment.
If you should find that you really enjoy this type of business and desire to open other clubs, we will give you an amount equal to half your investment for each club you establish.
